The first appointment begins with going through the client consent for counselling process. We will then complete a client history and get to know each other. This is essential as we need to understand your past and present experiences and what you hope to achieve from counselling. By the end of the session, you will have a clear idea of how we intend to approach counselling.

Our fees range from $140-$220 per session depending on the service requested. We can offer a sliding scale fee (on occasion) but have limited spots available.
